A sample meal could be: A piece of chicken, which would be your protein and vit B12; a spinach salad with a fresh lemon dressing, which would be your leafy green and a digestive aid; broccoli, which would be your vegetable; and quinoa, which would be your whole grain. Very simple! You could even put all of it together and toss it all in a bowl instead of eating everything separately. It’s so simple to eat clean!
