Mix all these ingredients in a big bowl with your hands. Wet your hands when it gets too sticky.
You should be able to put 4 patties together out of this amount of beef. Place the patties on a plate and put a thumbprint in each one. It helps to keep the patties to not rise as much.
Oil a grill and heat on medium-high heat. Add the patties when the grill just begins to smoke. Cook for 4 minutes, then turn patties and cook for another 4 minutes. These should result in Medium cooked burgers. But test the inside of one to make sure it is done enough for you.
I put the patties on top of butter leaf salad but you can use a full butter leaf lettuce as a wrap if you like. Or use a hamburger bun if you aren't watching your carb count or gluten free. Just make sure to toast and flavor those buns with butter or mayo. No one, let me repeat no one likes a cold plain naked bun straight out of a package!...no one. :)
Enjoy! You can eat2nourish with beef because it nourishes you with Vitamin B12, Protein and Iron to name just a few nutrients!
