In reply to <a href="https://eat2nourish.com/about-me/#comment-9">Tammy Ferguson</a>.

Tammy!!! How have you been? Long time no see!

Oh no. That doesn't sound good. Please let me know how I can help. Yes, eating whole, fresh foods will help a lot. You might want to start cutting out dairy if you haven't already. However goats milk, cheese, and yogurt doesn't seem to bother the intestines and actually some people think it can cure crohn's. I found this out when visiting a goat farm! Do you know any certain foods that trigger his symptoms yet?

Email me at Eat2Nourish@gmail.com. We can talk more about this and I would love to help however I can.

Great to hear from you!

Hi Julie, You look great as usual! I was excited to find your site. I have been trying to change our eating habits for many reasons, one of which is for our son. He has been having health issues and we are awaiting the test results for Crohns disease. Whatever the outcome, I know eating whole fresh foods will be best for all of us! Thanks for all the great information!
