Hi there!
No you don&#039;t cook the oatmeal and yes you eat it cold.  It&#039;s a great way to take it on the go as well!  Steel cut oats are not recommended because they usually take longer to cook since they still have the bran layer and won&#039;t get soft enough this way.  So I just use rolled oats and they work great.  Enjoy!!  ]]></description>

Yeah I do love plan ahead meals.  I have a lot of little containers so I can cook on Sundays and just grab and eat throughout the week.  And then they&#039;re portion controlled as well.  I love Pinterest.  The problem is I could sit for hours just looking through all of the pins and photos!  ]]></description>
