1.  Nutritional Therapy – A customized nutrition protocol: (all done online)

To reach optimal health I believe there are 5 pillars that you need to get in balance:

  • Digestion
  • Blood Sugar
  • Mineral
  • Fatty Acid
  • Hydration

When these are in balance, your body is able to achieve homeostasis and work likes it’s supposed to.  Your body has an innate intelligence for homeostasis!  We just need to get it back and we will!

While I work with many conditions including but not limited to: Hormone Balance, Adrenal Fatigue, Weight Loss, Diabetes, Arthritis (all kinds), Menopause, Migraines, Inflammation…the list can go on because there are many conditions that one can suffer from with new ones on the rise as well!  Sometimes you may get diagnosed with menopause due to the classic symptoms but it may be an adrenal or thyroid issue instead.  Whatever it is…we will figure it out.

To start, I send you a link to a questionnaire I have you fill out which can be done right in your home on your computer.  When you are done, I will be notified and can then pull up the results and study them.  This helps uncover the true roots of what is really going on in your system.  I then customize a Nutrition Protocol just for you based on the answers.  One size does not fit all here!

With this service you will receive:

  • A customized diet/meal plan with recipes included
  • A customized supplement (if needed) plan…whole food supplements only
  • A written out Nutrition Protocol to stick on your fridge 
  • A skype or phone call to go over the results and plan to really make sure you understand it all
  • Email support for one month.  Ask away!

2.  House Call – I come to you! (Currently serving Eastside only)

I come to your kitchen!  Let’s go through your cupboards and clean them out.  Then let’s head to your local grocery store and buy healthier foods.  Then let’s cook up some quick meals together.  This process usually lasts about 4 hours.  This service has worked tremendously with my clients!  They have liked having me with them at the store, help them clean up their pantries, and to cook a few things together.  Sometimes hands-on is the best approach for food lifestyle changes.  The grocery store can be quite intimidating and frustrating, so with me being there with you, it helps to navigate to the good stuff much quicker!  And I absolute love being there with you!

I offer this service for $600.

3.  Personal Chef – We’ll do the shopping and cooking and stock your fridge: (waiting list currently)

We will do the shopping and cooking and bring it to your house all ready to bake or just heat up.  Let us do all the work for you!  I offer this service to families who are busy but want to eat healthy but just don’t have time to spend at the store looking at every label.  Reading labels and trying to figure out if it’s healthy or not is downright exhausting.  I get it!  I’ve already done the work for you.

  2. Julie, I had no idea how much I needed your help. I admit I was skeptical at first but I soon came to realize how much I didn’t know about nutrition. Thanks to you my kids are no longer eating highly processed foods and they already seem happier. Everything you did from shopping to helping us prepare that delicious halibut recipe was just so helpful. Thank you again for everything, I will tell all of my friends about you!

    I made the bismati rice you recommended to go with the pork chops we had for dinner tonight. I was nervous because I am a “minute rice” kinda cook but it was just as easy and delicious as you said it would be. Best of all, my kids ate it right up! I was pleasantly shocked. They can usually sense something that’s nutritious and refuse to eat it, no matter how small the quantity is – similar to the pea under the mattress princess test! Thanks Julie – you’re the best!!

    • Haha that’s awesome Peggy! I always tell moms, just put it on the table and don’t say anything and just see what happens. I feel moms get very nervous about introducing new foods to kids and kind of make a big deal about it because they just know the kids won’t eat it and make a fuss over it, but if you just don’t say anything and act normal and have normal conversation then it just might slip right by them. 60% of the time…it works every time! 🙂

    Girl you are so funny! I am still laughing! I had so much fun with you at the store. I learned and laughed so much. I can’t believe how much I didn’t know about food. LOL. I felt so comfortable asking all my questions but the famous Julie question is “Well what’s in the ingredients?” I think I just get so frustrated because so many ingredients I can’t pronounce and have no clue what they are and if they’re good. You explain everything with such ease Julie. Can’t wait now to get in the kitchen with you! See you soon!!
